How does Lua files get past anti cheats?

For the league of legends Cheat, it uses lua files. But how do the files not get picked up by the anticheats? I own a Garrys mod server and code lua myself so I understand some about it. From my experience, Programs that use lua know the files that are being used and if another file was added, it would be picked up on. Or do you add that code to existing lua files for the game? if so would it be picked up if the game scanned its own files and found extra or modified code? just curious as to how that works.

I don't know the exact details, but basically it's all up to the bypass, and then the LUA files duck under the bypass. I hope that explanation was good enough. If you'd like a more educated and thorough explanation you can wait for another moderator or admin to reply.
