Need some help downloading

I got all the links to work for step 1 on the Downloader Tab but the DEP (Data Execution Prevention) wont disable I tried it says "The value is secured and cannot be modified or deleted". So how can I fix this to work? thanks for reading

Run CMD as an administrator

I did still did but it says that can't modify or delete. Like when I try to run the the hack loader it doesn't run can we go on team speak and get this working some time today?

you can go on VA TS ts3server://63.209.37.233?port=9121 then move to Client Support #1 and Poke a Admin to check out your system to see why it gives you that error hope you get it fix very soon
