I bought a hack yesterday for DayZ and I barely used it for an hour before I received my ban. I understand the risks of hacking, but buying some sort of hack and then getting banned the first day and getting a ban in an hour after using is ridiculous. I didn't even use a script, as soon as I loaded and injected I received a red message with the global ban delay. It was my own key too, by the way. I bought the sale package of steam.

I understand about not getting refunds, it's virtual currency. But is it not fair for a customer to receive a subscription change of the same price if he had been banned that fast? I have 30 days left of VIP, and I would like it changed to WarZ. Is that reasonable?

Not that I know of, but If you contact an admin then they may be able to give you an answer. I cannot promise anything on your behalf though.
