Make sure to follow these steps in order

1. First thing to do is turn off your antivirus and disable all firewalls.

♦

2. Make sure your Microsoft .NET Framework 4 , your Visual C++, Service Pack 1 (for windows) installed and you Graphics card drivers and all other drivers are up to date.

For your graphics card drivers you will have to find out what graphics card you have, that being said here is where to find your drivers for either one:

3. Even if you have recently downloaded the loader delete yours and re-download the loader. It can be
found here: http://www.virtual-advantage.com/for...oader-Download

4. Make sure your loader folder is placed on your desktop and Still named "Loader", then rename the loader inside the folder to what ever your want.

In your Loader folder you should see 3 files:

-The Application itself (the name changes but is an .exe file with a green soldier logo)
-DayZ_Settings.txt
-ldr.cnf

If you are missing DayZ_Settings.txt file this is what you do:

1. Open notepad

2. Copy and paste the following text in it:

45=Scripts\ajmenu.sqf ; Default script bound to INSERT key
AAH=0 ; Anti Anti Hacks feature
ScanBE=1 ; Runtime Battleye scanning feature

3. Save as: DayZ_Settings.txt

4. Place the file in the loader folder.

5. Go into your Arma 2 OA directory and rename the Arma2OA.exe to arma2oa.exe (basicaly take away all the capitals). Do this to every file you see that says Arma2OA with capitals to lower case letters.

Your Arma 2 OA directory if running steam is found here (Where you put the scripts folder): C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead

While you are in your Arma 2 OA directory make sure you have the scripts folder in the directory. If you have not put them in you can

6. Also make sure you have disabled UAC (User account control) and DEP (Disable Data Execution Prevention)

How to disable UAC:

1. Open start menu
2. Type UAC in the search of start menu
3. Run UAC as administrator
4. Drag the slider to the bottom (Never notify)
Ur done

How to disable DEP for Win7:

1. Open start menu
2. Type CMD in the search of start menu
3. Run CMD as administrator
4. Type in or right click and copy & paste the following line in the CMD box : bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
5. Hit Enter and then restart your computer (U must restart)

How to disable DEP for Win8:

1. Disable secure boot policy, a video on this can

2. Press Windows+S
3. Type CMD then a white bar will appear
4. Click run as administrator
5. Type in or right click and copy & paste the following line in the CMD box : bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
6. Hit Enter and then restart your computer (U must restart)

7. Run the loader as administrator, log in and select the DayZ Hack.

8. Start DayZ Commander or PlaySix and join a server.

♦

9. Press insert and you will see the hack menu. (If insert does not work try scroll lock)

Now you should be up and running!
