I am the only one experiencing this?
Is there any other way to pay? Maybe a reseller?

I've seen this happen when someone is attempting to use another persons Paypal account to make a purchase.
Downloading CCleaner and clearing your tempfiles and cache can help in these situations.

Send a private message to CRUSHER, he could possibly arrange a way for you to make the payment.

What I know is I am using my secondary paypal account. I used CCleaner, still no change.

you sir are getting your paypal limited in a matter of days,
happend to me to on all my accounts
until i noticed my ip was flagged now im ****ed and cant use paypal anymore

have you sold anything against paypal rules such as stolen dayz cd keys or bruteforced warz/ISS account or tried to use stolen credit cards? (thats atleast what i did if you done the same you're probably about to get your ip flagged to)
