    Quality of products

    I got subscriptions for Planetside2 and the DayZ standalone. The Planetside2 hack I signed up for about 2 days before the hack went down. It's been down ever since, which is well over a week now.
    As for the DayZ hack, it is being detected and having problems more often than not. ESP not detecting items, constantly being detected and getting players banned.

    For what was advertised, this is not satisfactory. The DayZ hack said "Undetected" yet it is and has been detected almost since day 1 and just handing out delayed bans. How can you advertise that the hack is undetected simply because you update it? You have no proof or even a time frame of testing to make sure it is undetected before you publish it and claim it's undetected.
    The ESP doesn't show all the items available that it claims it can, the aimbot doesn't even aim on moving targets (not even complaining about it not having prediction, it literally stops aiming at moving targets), and the entire hack itself crashes when trying to access either the aimbot tab or item magnet tab.
    Not only is the hack constantly detected without anyone on staff even knowing whats being detected and throwing it out to get money, but it doesn't even provide the features listed.

    As for the Planetside2 hack. I assume the hack would work great.. if I could use it. I had assumed I would be able to use a hack for a month instead of paying to sit here and be told its being worked on. I don't understand why it needs work done since hacks being detected are still counted as "undetected" and features obviously don't need to provide what they say they do in other hacks.

    Will this post probably be deleted? yes. Is this post borderline rude and detrimental to other potential customers' trust in your software and have a negative effect on your income? absolutely. But I hope to god that you save this post and open your eyes. Have the respect and dignity to provide what you say you do and save people from blowing a ton of money by being banned on "undetected" products.

    Create beta tryouts to find bugs and test whether it is actually undetected or not. That way people who don't mind losing their accounts as often can be your guinea pigs, while the more protective group can choose not to use the hack until it has been tested and found undetected for a fact - beyond delay ban timeframes.

    I am not here to ruin your reputation, since you're already doing that yourself - I'm trying to help you keep whats left of it.

    I apologize, this thread went the wrong direction. I also apologize that your stay here was unsatisfactory. I'm going to bring up a few topics you've brought up, and try to address them as much as I can. And explain what might be happening.

    I apologize for the PlanetSide 2 hack being offline. PlanetSide 2 is recently known for frequent updates. I know Optix is working very hard on all of his cheats, right now he develops most of the cheats on this site. PlanetSide 2 isn't being neglected, no, definitely not. Optix is working on it.

    As for the DayZ Cheat; Optix has completely, I mean, from head to toe, reversed BattlEye, to the point of detecting bans before they are sent to the master server. I know, Optix has looked inside and out of every DayZ Cheat he provides here, and he tells me there is nothing that he can see, that BattlEye might be detecting. So, that is the reason why our cheat is still online. We are only receiving isolated bans here and there. If it were to be detected, you would definitely know. Our forums would be absolutely flooded with ban reports. We do have hundreds of users using this cheat.

    As for the ESP; It is a known issue, and again, Optix is working on it. He's working on feature updates and I'm sure he will fix it within the next update.

    As I've stated above, our cheats have phenomenal protection against detections. As for "since day 1", our DayZ Standalone cheat was undetected for a month, and only recently got detected. Our DayZ Engine based has been undetected since July, and get it's first detection in December. That is a very long time. I don't think we need to "prove" that we've tested it. There isn't much to prove. It would be a little ridiculous to post a screenshot don't you think? I do assure you though, we do test the cheats. We do occasionally get banned from the testing. But we do buy new copies. It isn't just you losing money. Sometimes the moderators do to just to test, and make sure everything is OK for you VIP's. We do care about the detections. Without VIP's we don't have a company, and VIP's aren't useful to us if they are banned from their game. The ESP, I know, shows most items, but only a few weapon attachments, or new items that have just recently been added. We know about it, and we've already told Optix. That's what we are here for. Moderators do not have access to "fixing cheats". We are here for technical support, and to give you guys a good experience during your stay at Virtual-Advantage. Your money isn't being wasted. It may take a little bit to update, but the cheat is working, it's not detected, and we are updating it. While we are updating it, you are still free to use it. That's why it's online.

    There isn't much I can do for you sir, I don't mean to sound like I'm giving you lip service, but it is in-fact being worked on. It isn't being neglected. The cheat is a fantastic cheat, and personally one of my favourites here on Virtual-Advantage. It is being worked on, because it was un-usable. The cheat was crashing upon injection after a game update. Cheats that are detected, we do take offline. But bans are often mistaken for detections. Most bans are isolated, it doesn't always mean the cheat is detected.

    No, quite the contrary actually, I want this post to stay here. It will not be deleted. Sure it may be rude, or detrimental to potential customers; but we do treasure your feedback. We do care about what you think, and we do want to hear what you have to say.

    We have "testing" cheats inside of the loader for staff to use, to find bugs, and to find detections. We already have this. We do not open this to the public for obvious reasons. If the "test" cheat is detected, or broken, we do not want the customer to be banned. That is the last thing we want. That is why we are testing it. So we can make sure the cheat is perfect for our VIP's to use. Even if the "protective group" doesn't use the cheat, we still will have users use the test cheat, and get banned, and complain. We don't want that to happen. That is why we have it for staff only.

    Here is proof, that we do actually test our cheats.
