Optix's DayZ hack review

So after using DayzNavigator for months I decided to buy a hack that will hopefully provide me with better support. The reason why I decided to get Optix's DayZ is because it's the cheapest and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. So I wanted to play safe.

Main menu:

Show debug console - Works like a charm! One of the best features in my opinion.
Godmode - Works fine.
ESP - Doesnt show everything, just players within ~1500m. Helps make things nice and smooth without putting a lot of stuff on your screen, which is a good thing. The REALLY bad thing is that it doesn't show vehicles ESP.


Map/Teleport:

Teleport - Works great.
Teleport to Player - not tested.
Teleport Player to you - Works fine.
Map Icons - It only shows a X on the map which is marking enemy player. Does its job ok, but I still prefer DayzNavigator as it shows in what direction the player is looking.


Weapons:

No Recoil - Works fine.
Infinite Ammo - not tested.
Spawn Weapons Box - not tested.
Open Weapons Dialog - Does what it's supposed to. However it spawns illegal ammo even if you spawn a legal weapon. Which is a big no-no in my eyes. Also, I can't seem to find how to spawn ammo.
Open Items Dialog - Works great.


Other:

Zombie Proof - Works fine.
Zombie Shield - not tested.
Player Shield - not tested.
Repair Vehicle - Did not repair my vehicle when I tried, but it was not broken, it was fully working, just damaged. Perhaps it only repairs when a part is completely destroyed. Does not repair fully blown up vehicles.
Speed walking - not tested.
Remove Grass - Works just as it should. Removes/adds grass with no hiccups.


Player Options:

Spectate Player - works great.
Kill Player - Does not work. I get kicked with "set damage restriction" error.


Overall, it works good if you're interested in spawning weapons and items, teleport around and last but not least, see the in game console. I am partly color blind so when Rocket removed the console it really hurt my gameplay.
It does not spawn vehicles, which is a downside. Even worse is that you can't find vehicles on the map. On the plus side, it's pretty cheap.
Another really annoying issue I'm having is while it works great to join a server, whenever I decide to join another one it crashes my game as soon as I get to server lobby.
You can also add your own scripts if you wish. There is a guide on forums but I have not tried it as my DayZ hacking does not go further than "get a weapon, get a vehicle and then play the game as it's supposed to be played".

Thanks for the feedback! There are actually a bunch of custom scripts in the DayZ section that do all the things you thought were missing. Check them out!
