Days hack is detected and im banned

This was my first time trying this site and I had hoped for the best and not seen any negative reviews. I bought the dayz hack today which says undetected right now and I was only using the ESP on it. It hasnt even been 4 hours and im globally banned from the game and lost my cd key. Im sorry but I feel straight up lied to and taken advantage of right now. I not only have a worthless cd key right now and game but I spent 8 for the hack and i couldnt even use it 8 hours before globally banned.

Any site admins care to comment on this please? Feeling taken advantage of atm. I realize all hacks run the risk of being banned but 4 hrs for ESP?
And it says undetectable on the site. I was on a private hive to. not even a public server.

Yea, I'll comment. First of all no the cheat does NOT say undetected right now - it says down and has so for many hours now. You are not even allowed to purchase the cheat while it's offline and no one would have lied and said it was undetected when it wasn't. Yes there was a global ban wave today and I'm fixing it right now (in testing and should be back up shortly.) Also it is completely irrelevant what features of the cheat you use if the cheat itself is detected by BE. Also doesn't matter what server you are on if it was running BE. I apologize that you picked such a horrible time to purchase but these things happen. Maybe that's not the answer you wanted / expected but that's just the honest truth.

Edit: I actually just turned the cheat online to undetected, although no one else has access to it as it's just in testing right now. The cheat was definitely set to down when you made that post though.
