Mainly, People are butthurt that they couldn't use the launcher during the DDOS , as well as not getting service when they TS room was filled with 15+ people.
They are just mad they didn't get their hacks right away, and now they are complaining.

VA has been through alot the past few days, and we haven't been able to have our customer service up to the great standard it once was at. We have been very busy having to deal with the DDOS attacks against our site. But I can assure you that we are working our hardest to once get back up to that standard.

This is actually the first that I heard about the DDOS attacks? When did this happen? I've been working for the past 7 days so haven't really been keeping up to date with everything?

Along with the fact there is no staff left on the Teamspeak as alot of them were sacked. now there is litteraly no support (been on teamspeak a hour trying to get help i have poked the mod and 2 admins) with no reply.

I apologize for the lack of staff, I was on for six hours today helping , but I can only do so much..
