ESP you will probably be fine. I run a Rust sever and the only thing that I know is possible to track in modded servers is Aimbot and Looting too much too fast.

The game's supported DirectX version. You would launch Rust DirectX 9 from your Steam Library.

There is now a "Non-EAC" version that is available in a separate subscription that supports cracked servers.
