Rust cheat

a couple of questions, what is the difference between rust dx9 and rust dx11? im looking for the experimental steam version, which one do i buy? and also, how often does the cheat get detected and when it does get detected, how long are the average maintenance/updates? kind of a hard question to answer but i've purchased cheats in the past where rust cheats go down and are updating for weeks, and by the time they're all updated my cheat sub runs out, kinda lame and dont want to have a recurring issue here, thanks!

To use the Rust Experimental: DX9 cheat you would launch Rust in DirectX 9 from your Steam library.
If the cheat gets detected or requires maintenance, your subscription will be automatically paused during the downtime.
