2.What type of bans rust have, manual automatic ?
3.How can I be safer and not get banned fast ?
4.I heard there was ban waves can anyone explain that please?

the hack is very often detected thats why its all the time down for update. When it is detected youll get banned. Its almost down since beginning this year.
