doubts about paypall

Someone from the team can take me a question, I went to buy a premium package of 6 months and gave an error, I went to pay for paypall and here in the forum it appeared that my paypall account was banned, and now? I can not buy more packages I already bought several packages of hack by paypall. How do I solve this?
